AIRLESS ROOF SPRAY.

Airless Roof Spray

1. High pressure hydro roof wash to thoroughly remove any loose paint, bird droppings and any other dirt (please note: we do not remove all the old paint).
2. It may be necessary to use a grinder with a wire cup brush to remove rust & stubborn paint.
3. All roof screws are inspected and are replaced with new screws. Once all loose screws are replaced, each screw is sealed with a latex compound.
4. All ridge joints and side wall flashing are to be sealed with a latex compound or fibre-glass membrane, depending on the circumstance.
5. All valleys are inspected and cleaned out. (Blocked valleys are a common cause of roof leaks.)
6. Where necessary, roof sheeting may have to be pop riveted together.
7. All rusted areas are cleaned and treated with a rust converter.
8. The first & second coat of acrylic roof coating is applied using an airless spraying machine. (Mapping might occur where the roof has been painted in the past.)
